None really.  Alcohol is really caloric in any circumstance.

Any kind of mixer with diet… rum and diet, gin and diet, Barcardi and diet.  Or just any light beer with low calories.

Healthy and fit is a lifestyle! You can’t just diet and starve yourself, lose weight, and then expect to go back to your old habits!! (Your body will go back to its old shape!)

Find a form of exercise you ENJOY and KEEP doing it.
Find a healthy balance with your nutrition and KEEP at it!
STAY POSITIVE. STAY HEALTHY. 

 This kind of kills me inside because she is doing that stretch wrong……..

It isn’t really a hamstring stretch at all.  She should have her heel down and her weight split in between both legs.  It is supposed to be like a groin/hip flexor stretch.  You shouldn’t be leaning at all, but gently pressing your knees back and lowering your hips to the ground… like a straddle stretch, but just perched up on one leg.
